Main Responsibilities

The Product Manager will concentrate on identifying the market opportunities, collaborate with key clients and business stakeholders to develop a long-term product strategy and partner with design and engineering teams to define and deliver a competitive offering to the market that clients love.

Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for defining and driving the product roadmap by analyzing customer feedback, market needs, competitor trends, and internal business needs.
  • Obtain a deep understanding of the customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas to improve customer experience and drive product adoption
  • Collaborate with key clients to identify their product needs and the desired business results
  • Define and own the product requirements to meet the business goals by collaborating with customers and commercial and operation teams (sales, BD, client management, implementation, and support) to align on needs and priorities.
  • Collaborate with R&D and UI/UX teams to ensure product features are designed and delivered according to business requirements and quality standards.
  • Complete ownership of the product backlog which includes:
    • Defining Epics/Themes that align with the product roadmap
    • User Stories breakdown along with the required Acceptance Criteria
    • Stack ranking Product Backlog Items in order to provide a clear priority
  • Maintain feature backlog and work with business stakeholders to review and prioritize items into the product roadmap
  • Lead sprint planning sessions, conduct sprint kick-off, attend daily stand-ups, and review end of sprint demos
  • Be the subject matter expert and evangelize the product internally and externally
  • Enable implementation and operation teams by working with product operation to deliver necessary training and supporting documents
  • Define, track and monitor product success metrics, including but not limited to revenue, cost, margin, and market share
  • Collect customer feedback as a feedback loop to improve and iterate the product
  • Stay on top of the market landscape and competitor offerings

Technical Competencies

  • Proficient with Atlassian suite of products:
    • Jira
    • Confluence
    • Bitbucket
  • Intermediate understanding of API development and the supporting tools, such as Postman
  • Ability to use wireframe/mock-up tools, such as Balsamiq

Minimum Education/Experience/Language/Certificate


  • MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred


  • 5+ years of software product development experience
  • 5+ years of Agile Software Development Methodology experience
  • 2+ years of business analysis and requirement management experience
  • Strong experience in a dynamic product management role
  • Using data analysis in decision making processes
  • Quickly learn and become knowledgeable in complex business problems
  • Applying analytical thinking to develop creative problem resolutions
  • Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle


  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
  • Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)


  • Strong English speaking and writing skills is required.
