Job Title: Regional Human Resources Manager
Location: Remote/Dallas-Ft. Worth area
Reports to: Global Director of Human Resources

Job Description (Primary Purpose)

Responsible for the delivery and execution of HR services to employees and leaders in a defined area. Performs a variety of employment related functions for the ultimate purpose of enhancing employee engagement, productivity and ensuring employee compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Supports the Global Director of HR to implement HR strategy, processes and programs
  2. Provide consultation on HR related issues for General Manager and BU leaders
  3. Oversee the full cycle and process of talent acquisition for full-time and temporary positions (job postings, sourcing, pre-screening, scheduling, background check, reference, job offering, onboarding, data reporting, etc.)
  4. Partner closely with internal stakeholders and senior leadership to assess talent, identify skill gaps, build succession plans, and develop/recruit capabilities necessary to support current and future business objectives
  5. Responsible for benefits implementation and administration
  6. Mentors and manages Human Resources and Administrative Specialist
  7. Supports performance measurement process
  8. Oversees training program for all levels of employees
  9. Oversees welfare and recognition program
  10. Works with managers on employee and labor relations matters
  11. Ensures the company maintains compliance with local employment law policies, procedures and practices
  12. Manages employment visa process.
  13. Navigates state registrations and tax payments as necessary
  14. Manages employee relations and drives culture

Experience and Skills

  1. 6+ Years HR experience, minimum 3 years in HR management required
  2. Familiarity with cultural norms outside of the US preferred
  3. Experience working with a broad range of people from different cultures preferred
  4. Familiarity with international labor laws (specifically the UK and Spain)
  5. Experience with the US visa application process required
  6. Experience with implementing OKRs and KPIs for teams
  7. Practical experience complying with COBRA, ERISA, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and all applicable federal and state laws; and experience and/or knowledge of a wide range of laws and regulations required
  8. Experience in the major functions of HR including compensation, training, employment, employee relations, salary planning, etc.
  9. Experience in supporting remote workforces required

Technical Standards

  1. Working knowledge of payroll/HRIS systems required
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required
  3. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  4. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals


  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field required
  • Human Resources Certification preferred


  • Strong English speaking and writing skills is required.
  • Mandarin speaker a plus
