Wow – A New DerbySoft Website

Hello! Welcome to DerbySoft’s redesigned, totally new website.

Boy oh boy, we were certainly due for an overhaul of our little corner of the world wide web, not just because we wanted to update our old site with new content and features, but more importantly, because we really wanted to capture the essence of our organisation. The old always felt like just another tech company website, except that DerbySoft has never been just another tech company.

The first thing you probably noticed about the new is that we placed our people front and centre on our homepage. This was no accident. It is gratifying for us to celebrate the many faces and smiles of the people who make DerbySoft special. They’re our colleagues and our friends, and because of them, DerbySoft is both a great place to work and a great partner to work with. And in an age of increasing pressure on people everywhere to be efficient and productive, we think it is especially important to use that prominent space to extend the simple courtesy of saying “hello” to our visitors.

Below the fold on the homepage are summaries of our products and services, and inside the site you’ll find pages offering more depth. In addition, we obviously now have a blog, but we are also very excited about our new Learning Hub: this is where we will continue to add new articles, white papers, videos, and other resources that may or may not relate directly to DerbySoft, but that we think are nonetheless valuable to people in our industry. You’ll also find partner lists and other helpful information inside.

We would be remiss if we didn’t also mention that the overhaul of our site is roughly coinciding with the release of several new DerbySoft products and, for the first time, names and logos for our products. Yay! Some companies go through a rebranding, but in our case, it’s been more of an initial branding process. We’ve been so focused on building great technology over the years that we’re only now thinking about how to best (and most accurately) represent our company and our offerings to existing and prospective partners.

So, today, we’re pleased to launch this new site that we hope is not just better for our visitors, but is true to who we are and what we do. Our wish is that you will find it to be helpful and engaging, and we especially hope that will be a worthwhile place for you to come back to again and again.
