DerbySoft and Rakuten Travel Xchange (RTX) signed a formal partnership in early 2021 to leverage DerbySoft’s strong global presence and its extensive hotel partner network. The business and technical teams at RTX and DerbySoft analyzed different connectivity models before deciding on a suitable model that allowed RTX to have real-time access to hotel rates and availability.
