Welcome Karen Contos and Joey Chang to DerbySoft

Karen Contos, Vice-President of Marketing, brings to DerbySoft her over 20 years of experience in B2B technology sector. Her past experiences include senior leadership roles at high-growth SaaS companies, including BMC Software, PROS, Inc. and Plex, a Rockwell Automation company, where she built strong brands, amplified awareness and led high performing marketing teams to drive revenue growth.

Karen, based in Colorado, will lead the marketing team through digital, event and traditional marketing throughout the world for DerbySoft.

Joey Chang leads DerbySoft as the General Counsel. Joey joined the company from Super Micro Computer, Inc. (NASDAQ: SMCI), where he was also the General Counsel from 2018 to 2023. Prior to joining SMCI, Joey worked at Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: MPWR) from 2006 to 2012.

Based in Southern California, Joey is a member of the State Bar in New York, and a charter member of TechGC. He also holds Masters of Law degrees from the University of Southern California and the Taipei University in Taipei.
